Our suites are named after the mountain peaks that you can see from Berghofer. They include telephone, mini bar, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, products of dwarf pine oil by Trehs, cosmetic mirrors, wellness bag.
You sleep with open windows, no mosquito. 

Included in the price are breakfast with local, homemade products like bread and jams, fruits and vegetables from our own garden, private vineyard and spring water, the alpine-Mediterranean dinners (the daily menu offers also vegetarian and/or calories reduced dishes), the use of the wellness area (sauna, 2 stream baths) as well as the solar-heated outdoor swimming pool (May till September), the car parking area, the loan of our mountain bikes. On request and for a fee we can offer you WI-FI internet access, room service, laundry service and babysitting service. And we can help you with tickets for museums and all kinds of entertainment such as theatre and concert. Dogsitting service.

We offer a separate area of the meadow for relaxation for guests with dogs. Also, separate dining room where dogs are allowed to accompany their owners. We can arrange dog sitters and expert dog trainers on request. Available are dog baskets and feeding bowls. Rates for dogs are € 25 per day without food. On request we are happy to provide dog food.

For suites used by one person we ask an additional of 30 %.

For each child accomodated in the parent’s suite we charge an extra fee of...

• 0-6 yrs € 60,00
• 7-16 yrs € 80,00

Extra beds available on some of our suites. For the third and fourth person we charge 75% on the half board price.

If you don't have dinner at the Berghofer, 20 euro will be deducted from the half board price.

Your suite will be available from 3 pm on your arrival date and until 12 am on your departure date.

Your reservation will be accepted after receiving a written confirmation. A deposit of 200 euro per person is required at the time of booking. Confirming the reservation you automatically accept our reservation policy.

We accept cash payment, Visa and MasterCard.

The following Terms and Conditions of booking apply at our establishment:

You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 month prior to your arrival.
From 3 month up to 28 days prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 3 Overnights.
From 28 days to your arrival, the cancellation fee depends on your reservation:
Overnight only 100 % of the cost of the booking
Overnight with breakfast 80% of the cost of the booking.
Overnight with half-, or fullboard 70 % of the cost of the booking
